Deloitte Legal advises HELUKABEL Group on the acquisition of DKSH's "Cables & Electrical" business in Australia

With a team led by Stuttgart-based Corporate/M&A partner Michael Schneider, Deloitte Legal has advised HELUKABEL Group on the acquisition of the "Cables & Electrical" business unit of DKSH Australia Pty. Ltd. As regards local aspects, the German Deloitte Legal team was supported by Australian Deloitte Legal, Tax and Financial Advisory colleagues.

HELUKABEL Group, headquartered in Hemmingen near Stuttgart, is an internationally active family business and is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of cables, wires, cable accessories and other electrical connection technology.
