The diversity of our people's talents and skills is one of our greatest strengths. So it goes without saying that we reward your commitment and expertise appropriately - beyond the fixed and variable salary components.

We have a lot to offer: Our Benefits

The success and growth of Deloitte Legal is due in no small part to the professional competence and personal development of our lawyers. That is why we encourage you to train in the area of your choice, through both in-house seminars and external training courses - individually structured to suit your career plans.

This includes giving you plenty of scope for individual career development. With us, you will embark on a personal talent journey with sound career planning.

Your constant companions will be our Learning Portal and a Learning Experience App, where you will find all the learning opportunities that are relevant and interesting to you. Our Tax & Legal 360° Talent Development takes into account your individual training needs and offers comprehensive personal development opportunities. Our own Deloitte University EMEA in Paris offers particularly innovative and interactive learning concepts at certain levels and on selected topics.

Gain professional and personal experience and build your own network: International projects at home and abroad are an important part of your career.

We also offer you the opportunity to take advantage of our various assignment programmes: from short-term assignments lasting between 3 and 12 months, e.g. in neighbouring European countries, to long-term assignments lasting up to 3 years, e.g. in Asia or Australia.

Planning a trip? You can take 30 days annual leave to relax.

We also support you with paid special leave for certain occasions, such as moving house or getting married, because changes in your life usually mean an increased administrative burden for you.

We also give you paid leave on 24 and 31 December if they fall on a working day. If Christmas Eve or one of the Christmas holidays falls on a weekend, you will be free on 27 December. Depending on your location, you may also get an additional public holiday.

An exciting work environment balanced with a fulfilling personal life: This is the goal of our offer for you and your family.

We offer a range of measures and family services to help you meet the challenges of different life stages, such as life coaching and webinars on work-life balance.

Career and children

You have access to a comprehensive range of childcare and emergency services, including childcare in back-up centres and holiday programmes.

We support you before, during and after parental leave through family phase talks.

Encouraging the exchange between mothers and fathers and further improving Deloitte's family friendliness: these are the goals of our parenting networks, which are open to all employees who are interested in family issues and how to best balance work and family life - regardless of whether they have a family of their own or not.

Work and care

If a member of your family falls ill or needs nursing care, we offer support and care solutions, advice on all issues relating to old age, nursing care and dependency, placement of nursing care and ongoing support from our Family Service.

Sharing, inspiring, keeping up to date: Our various networks provide our employees with regular interaction and a long-term connection. Examples include WIN - Women in Network, which is aimed at female managers, and our network for students and interns.

The Globe Pride initiative brings together members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies, for example to organise our participation in CSD or to plan the next Pride Innovation Challenge.

We also keep in touch with our former employees through our alumni network, a newsletter and regular networking events.

We are proud of all our employees who give back to the community, for example as

  • pro bono consultants
  • Business partners
  • Coaches (e.g. ReDI School)
  • Volunteers on charity boards
  • Corporate volunteers

That is why we support your commitment with a release of up to 8 hours per year.

In addition, we support non-profit (educational) institutions such as (day) care centres, youth centres or further education institutions - either with donations of money, goods or time, or with projects tailored to the organisation.
