Nico Jänicke has been an Equity Partner at Deloitte Legal since 1 April 2026 and advises national and international employers on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
He supports companies with restructuring, transactions, complex separation and dismissal situations, as well as in court and out-of-court disputes. A particular focus of his advice lies in the design and implementation of employee share ownership schemes, particularly virtual share ownership models, as well as remuneration and incentive structures for executives and employees. In addition, he advises on non-competition clauses, compliance issues relating to staff deployment, and labour law interface issues in connection with corporate law measures.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, he was an equity partner at Taylor Wessing. He also has particular experience in supporting change processes within the context of employment law.
