Dr. Julia Sierig has been with Deloitte Legal since 2006 and provides comprehensive advice to domestic and foreign employers on all matters of individual employment and collective labor law. Her practice focuses on providing ongoing day-to-day labor law counselling and implementing transformations at both the corporate and operational levels, as well as in cross-border contexts involving advisors from the international Deloitte Legal network. In this capacity, she regularly conducts negotiations with German employee representative bodies and represents employers before labor courts.
Dr. Julia Sierig is a member of Deloitte Legal’s People Law Service Area, which was named “Law Firm of the Year in Labor Law” by JUVE Verlag in October 2025.
Dr. Julia Sierig studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, completed her legal clerkship at the Kammergericht in Berlin, and earned a Master of Laws degree from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. She also earned her doctorate from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn.
She speaks German and English.
