A cross-location Deloitte Legal team, led jointly by Hanover-based partners Dr Harald Stang and John-Patrick Scherer, advised ZEEH Design Group (ZEEH), a Hannover Finanz portfolio company, on the acquisition of Brace Group GmbH (BRACE) from GENUI I GmbH & Co. InvKG (GENUI) and other sellers.
Following this successful merger, ZEEH and BRACE will combine their expertise and act jointly as a strong, comprehensive partner for live communication in trade fair construction, events and interiors. Customers will benefit from increased capacity, high levels of innovation and an extensive range of services.
