Deloitte Legal advises Hannover Finanz on the partial sale of ZEEH Group to Liberta Partners

A team from the Hanover office of Deloitte Legal, led by partners Dr. Harald Stang and John-Patrick Scherer, advised Hannover Finanz on the successful partial sale of its participation in ZEEH Group.

Having previously advised on the merger of ZEEH Design Group and Brace Group GmbH (collectively, the ZEEH Group), Deloitte Legal was entrusted with providing legal advice for the subsequent sale of a majority stake in ZEEH Group to Liberta Partners.

Liberta Partners’ participation marks a further step in the development of the high-performance platform in the field of live communication and trade show construction created by the merger. The transaction creates new opportunities and additional growth potential for the further development of ZEEH Group.

Hannover Finanz has relied on the expertise of the Deloitte Legal team in Hanover for many years. This collaboration is based on the team’s extensive experience with transactions involving private equity investors and medium-sized companies.

Once again, Deloitte Legal advised on the entire process – from the initial discussions through the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the contractual documentation to the closing of the transaction.
