Deloitte Legal advises Scutum Group on acquisition of Alarm- und Sicherheitstechnik B.W. GmbH
A Deloitte Legal team led by Cologne-based partner Dr. Christof Bremer advised the Scutum DACH Group on the acquisition of all shares in Alarm- und Sicherheitstechnik B.W. GmbH with place of business at Oststeinbek.
The Scutum Group is a leading provider of products and services in the areas of electrical safety, security & defense, and fire protection. Scutum has significantly strengthened its presence in Northern Germany through the strategic acquisition and at the same time expanded its technical competencies as well as its service portfolio.
Alarm- und Sicherheitstechnik B.W. GmbH has been known for decades for its high-quality expertise in the planning, installation, and maintenance of electronic security and hazard alarm systems, including fire alarm technology, intrusion alarm technology, video surveillance, and access control. A+S’s excellent customer base and know-how ideally complement Scutum’s existing business.
