That is why we encourage you to train in the area of your choice, through both in-house seminars and external training courses - individually structured to suit your career plans.
At the same time, we place great emphasis on practical, case-based training, with direct mentoring by "your" partner and direct involvement in the client relationship from the outset. Our "four-eye" principle, whereby two lawyers sign and take responsibility for important documents, ensures that your contribution to the overall performance is visible from an early stage.
As a member of our service lines, you will attend regular meetings of specialist working groups at national and international level.

Learning at the Deloitte University in Paris
In June 2024, Deloitte University EMEA opened its new campus in Paris. This is where our people from different countries, functions and teams meet, network and learn together. In line with the 'leader-led principle', our own leaders train the next generation themselves - inspiring, sharing experiences and fostering leadership and business skills.
The Deloitte University programme focuses on the career milestones we use to develop our leaders. Employees who are promoted to the next level of management have the opportunity to participate in the programme and learn what makes their new role special.
