At the same time, we place great emphasis on practical, case-based training, with direct mentoring by "your" partner and direct involvement in the client relationship from the outset. Our "four-eye" principle, whereby two lawyers sign and take responsibility for important documents, ensures that your contribution to the overall performance is visible from an early stage.
As a member of our service lines, you will attend regular meetings of specialist working groups at national and international level.

In June 2024, Deloitte University EMEA opened its new campus in Paris. This is where our people from different countries, functions and teams meet, network and learn together.
