Dr. Thomas Lambrich joined Deloitte Legal as a Counsel in June 2026 and advises national and international clients on all matters of employment law.
His main area of expertise is reorganisations and restructurings. In addition, he has extensive experience in projects relating to the deployment of external personnel, also in international contexts, both from a preventive perspective in the drafting and implementation of service agreements, work agreements, and employee leasing agreements, as well as from a compliance perspective. Particularly in the airport, transport, and logistics sectors, he advises on the design of working-time and shift models and on their negotiation with employee representatives. He also advises companies in crisis situations, drawing on his extensive experience and expertise in press law.
Before joining Deloitte Legal, he was partner at other leading international law firms. In addition, he was a lecturer at Bucerius Law School for several years. He is the author of numerous publications in professional and daily media and regularly speaks at seminars and conferences.
