Dr Theresa Kohl is a Counsel in the Labour Law Service Line at Deloitte in Hanover. She specialises in providing labour law support for restructuring efforts, particularly in an international context, as well as the formation of Societas Europaea (SE) entities headquartered in Germany. Her areas of expertise also include the drafting and termination of employment contracts, executive employment contracts, and advising on interactions with works councils.
She has experience in all areas of individual and collective labour law, and particularly enjoys advising medium-sized companies based in Germany and other European and non-European countries, across a wide range of industries. Her clients also include non-profit organisations and associations.
