Sebastian Schnitzler stands for strategically oriented, practice-driven public procurement advice at the intersection of law, business, and policy.
As a specialist lawyer for public procurement law and head of the procurement practice at Deloitte Legal in Germany, which he has built since 2014, he provides comprehensive advice to clients on complex procurement, cooperation, and transformation projects. In doing so, he combines legal precision with a deep understanding of economic and political frameworks, developing solutions that remain viable even under demanding implementation conditions.
A key focus of his work is the procurement of IT services and the legally compliant implementation of digitalization projects.
