Sabrina Dettmer has been practising as a solicitor at Deloitte Legal since April 2026 and advises national and international employers on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She assists companies with restructuring, transactions, complex severance and dismissal situations, as well as in court and out-of-court disputes.
Sabrina Dettmer has extensive experience in advising on German employment law. Her practice focuses on providing employment law support for corporate transactions, and on drafting and negotiating employment contracts, directors' contracts and termination agreements. In addition, she advises on issues relating to protection against unfair dismissal, transfers of undertakings and cooperation with works councils and trade unions.
Before joining Deloitte Legal, Sabrina Dettmer practised as a solicitor in the employment law department at Taylor Wessing.
