Rebecca Gulden, LL.B. (London)

Rebecca Gulden joined Deloitte Legal in November 2022 and advises on German energy and environmental law. The focus of her work is on advising clients from the real estate sector. In particular, she provides support in the development of neighborhood solutions involving renewable energies and accompanies the planning and approval procedures required for larger projects, including the public law contracts to be concluded for this purpose. Her clients include public clients and municipal utilities as well as power plant operators and energy supply companies, which Rebecca Gulden advises and represents in particular in the commercial context. Another focus of her work is advising on ESG-relevant issues and the digital transformation of the energy sector.

After studying at the University of Passau and the University of London, Rebecca Gulden completed her legal clerkship in Landshut. Before joining Deloitte Legal, she worked for a law firm specializing in public law.

Rebecca Gulden speaks German and English and is a member of the German Bar Association.
