Dr. Nicole Schenkel has joined Deloitte Legal in November 2021 as a counsel. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law for more than 15 years.
In particular, Nicole has extensive expertise in planning and implementing (cross-border) transformation and reorganization projects as well as in advising on the related corporate law aspects.
Nicole speaks German and English.
