Niklas C. Gradinaroff joined Deloitte Legal as a Senior Associate in July 2025. He advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law, including employee data protection law and issues relating to a company's statutory bodies.
One focus of his advisory practice is supporting cross-border restructuring projects such as outsourcing and mass layoffs, as well as M&A transactions. Thanks to his relevant experience, he also advises on temporary employment and works constitution law.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Niklas C. accumulated several years of professional experience in the employment law practice group of another nationally and internationally operating full-service law firm.
He is an alumnus of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's programme for promising young academics.
