Mieke Wittmann has been working as an Associate at Deloitte Legal since July 2025. She advises clients on public procurement and state aid law as well as at the interface with corporate law.
Previously, she worked for two years as an attorney in a specialized law firm focusing on port law and public procurement. Before that, she gained several years of experience as a research associate in a major international law firm, mainly in the field of public procurement and state aid law. She has already successfully completed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer course in public procurement law.
Mieke Wittmann is pursuing a doctoral degree in public international law and has completed research stays in Brazil, Argentina, and Indonesia. In addition, she has worked as an external consultant on projects of the German Federal Government related to Indonesia.
Mieke Wittmann is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of Indonesian and Portuguese.
