Maximilian Oppermann is a lawyer and Senior Associate in the Corporate / M&A service line and has joined Deloitte Legal in Hanover in August 2021.
He advises national and international clients in M&A transactions, including the conducting of full scope/red flag due diligence and drafting of SPAs. In addition, he advises clients in all matters of corporate law, especially concerning complex restructurings and reorganizations.
Maximilian Oppermann studied law at the University of Osnabrück and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle with stations, among others, at a medium-sized commercial law firm in Hanover and Deloitte Legal.
