Katharina Zickermann, LL.M. (Durham Univ.)

Katharina Zickermann is with Deloitte Legal as Counsel since 2008 and is specialized in national and European competition and antitrust law. Her advisory activities include the performance of merger control proceedings, consultancy on distribution antitrust law, the representation in antitrust proceedings as well as the development and implementation of (antitrust) compliance programs and trainings. Another area of expertise is public business law with focus on public procurement law and state aid law. Katharina Zickermann represents the clients before the competent German and European authorities including the conduct of state aid notification proceedings and public procurement review proceedings. Beyond, she advises contracting authorities on the implementation of public tenders.
