Dr. Klaus Pilz has joined Deloitte Legal in January 2018 in Berlin as a Counsel in the Corporate/M&A group, a sector, he is practicing in for nearly 20 years.
As transaction expert he handled numerous challenging domestic and international M&A transactions, as well as cross border corporate reorganizations. Klaus also advises clients in all areas of classic German corporate law. He has general litigation experience in the corporate-, insolvency- and insurance-law areas.
Aside from a term with a mid-size firm in northern Germany, Klaus was for more than 10 years with the major global law firm, Baker & McKenzie, in its Frankfurt, Chicago and Berlin offices.
As co-founder of a radio station and founder of an internet platform for attorneys, he was also able to gain entrepreneurial experience.
