Kris Breudel has been part of the Real Estate practice at Deloitte Legal since April 2026. His advisory focus is on public construction planning and permitting law in connection with real estate projects and transactions.
His work particularly includes advising on planning and permitting procedures as well as public law due diligence assessments. A key focus of his practice is the legal structuring of projects to ensure investment security and feasibility. Kris Breudel supports projects not only through legal analysis, but also in the conceptual development of pragmatic and economically viable solutions, especially at the interface between project planning, public authorities and commercial decision making processes.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Kris Breudel worked at a leading real estate law boutique as well as at an international law firm. He therefore has extensive experience, in particular in communication and negotiations with public authorities, and also represents clients in administrative court proceedings.
In addition to his legal practice, Kris Breudel serves as the Berlin regional lead of a nationwide real estate network and regularly publishes articles on current topics in real estate law.
