Dario Jüttner has been practicing as an attorney and Counsel at Deloitte Legal since October 2025.
He advises institutional investors, insurance companies, pension schemes, asset managers, and management companies on all aspects of German and European regulatory and investment law. His core areas of expertise include AIF investments (regulated and unregulated) as well as the structuring and implementation of complex securitisation structures with links to Germany and Luxembourg, covering exposures in credit, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate funds.
His advisory work further encompasses the assessment of investment eligibility under the German Investment Code (KAGB), the German Investment Ordinance (AnlV), Solvency II and the German Social Security Code (SGB), as well as the preparation of comprehensive fund documentation (including fund agreements, side letters, and subscription documents) and representation in proceedings before BaFin and the German Federal Bank.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, he worked for several years as an attorney and Senior Associate in the Financial Services Legal / Investment Law practice at two Big Four and one Next Six law firms.
He advises in German and English and is based in Frankfurt am Main.
