Dennis Buschmann LL.M. B.A.

Dennis Buschmann is a qualified German attorney and Senior Manager at the Berlin office of Deloitte Legal. He specializes in Foreign Trade Law and has extensive legal experience, particularly in the areas of export control and sanctions.

He provides comprehensive advice and support to clients on all related legal matters, strategic decision-making, and target orientated communication with authorities and stakeholders. In addition, he assists with due diligence reviews focusing on relevant corporate and contract law aspects, develops and reviews export control compliance programs, and offers expertise on all matters related to the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance.

Before joining Deloitte Legal, Dennis Buschmann worked for several years at another leading international law firm and at the German Federal Ministry of Finance in the field of sanctions.
