David Elias Fritsch

David Elias Fritsch is an attorney in the Corporate/M&A practice area with more than 15 years of experience. He joined Deloitte Legal as Counsel in October 2018.

David has extensive experience in corporate, partnership and restructuring law. In these areas of law, he primarily advises international and national clients on major cross-border and national mergers, splits, migrations and other forms of reorganizations. His advice also covers a wide range of corporate housekeeping issues.

In addition, David advises private equity funds, strategic investors and family-owned businesses on M&A transactions. He is listed as „Ones to Watch 2025“ for M&A and Corporate Law in the Best Lawyers Ranking by Handelsblatt and Best Layers in 2025.

Before joining Deloitte Legal, David worked for several years at other leading international law firms.
